Una serie de tormentas impactará al Condado de Ventura desde este momento hasta media noche. La intensidad de la lluvia se pronostica entre 0.50”/hora – 1.25”/hora de 3:00 PM a 9:00 PM.

Esta intensidad puede causar un flujo de escombros y de inundaciones en las áreas afectadas por recientes incendios (Woolsey/Hill/Thomas). Además, se espera deslaves de piedras en las zonas de cañones en las afueras de las áreas quemadas.

Rain Prompts Evacuation Orders for Parts of the Ojai Valley Jan. 15, 2019

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office has ordered a mandatory evacuation for the Matilija Canyon and North Fork communities and voluntary evacuation for east Ojai,  Gridley Road to Reeves Road, due to the rainstorm. Residents are advised to visit for up-to-date information about evacuations, road closures, and storm impacts.
