The City of Ojai Values Transparency and Open Communications
We will conduct our business in public so that our citizens can easily
understand our processes and policies.
We will listen carefully and remain open to different perspectives.
We will explain workplace policies, issues and changes so that decisions and
procedures are understood.
We will provide opportunities for officials, commissioners, community
organizations, employees, volunteers, and the community to connect with
each other, share and offer information.
In our effort to insure that all city business is conducted in a transparent and open way, the city of Ojai maintains a Government Access channel that we use to disseminate our public meetings for those who are not able to attend in person or want to review recent meetings for clarity. There are now three ways to view our Government Access channel. We still cablecast on Spectrum Ch 10 and we have now added live streaming to our YouTube channel and Granicus.

Below is a general schedule of public meetings however you should check our calendar for the actual schedule including special meetings and cancellations. You can also click here to signup to receive meeting agendas by e-mail.
Meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Tuesdays each month at 7:00 pm
Meetings are generally held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 pm
Building Appeals Board
Meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm
Parks & Recreation Commission
Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm
Historic Preservation Commission
Meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 pm
Meetings are generally held the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm
