City of Ojai Libbey Bowl Fee Waiver Applications Now Available

The 2019 City of  Ojai Libbey Bowl fee waiver applications are now available. Those who wish to obtain an application, may do so by clicking here, to view the guidelines please click here

Completed application and all requested supporting materials must be received at Ojai City Hall by October 26, 2018. Applications may be mailed or submitted to: City of Ojai, 401 S. Ventura Street.

Clean Power Alliance to Begin Expanding Energy Services in Early 2019

Southern California’s newest locally-operated clean energy provider, is expected to begin to expand its services to residents and businesses across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, including Ojai, beginning early 2019. Clean Power Alliance was formed through a collaborative effort between Los Angeles County and local governments throughout the region. It is anticipated to roll out in Ojai in February of 2019

Customers within these territories will receive a minimum of 4 notices by mail advising them of the switch from Southern California Edison to Clean Power Alliance.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development to Host Grant-Disaster Recovery Program Overview Meeting October 11, 2018

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is holding a public meeting to provide an overview of the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program for residents of Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties who were impacted by Wildfires, Flooding, Mudflows and Debris flows in 2017-2018, as a result of FEMA disasters DR-4344 and DR-4353. City of Ojai ATP Project Grant Concept Review- Public Outreach Meetings

Residents of the Ojai Valley are invited to join the Public Works Department for a review of the City’s Active Transportation Program (ATP) Project, a $2.8M grant obtained by the City to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety on Maricopa Highway and Ojai Avenue.
