Southern California’s newest locally-operated clean energy provider, is expected to begin to expand its services to residents and businesses across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, including Ojai, beginning early 2019. Clean Power Alliance was formed through a collaborative effort between Los Angeles County and local governments throughout the region. It is anticipated to roll out in Ojai in February of 2019
Customers within these territories will receive a minimum of 4 notices by mail advising them of the switch from Southern California Edison to Clean Power Alliance. The enrollment notices for commercial customers will be distributed in English and in Spanish, but are available in additional languages. During this service expansion, customers will also have the ability to opt-out of receiving energy purchased by Clean Power Alliance and remain with Southern California Edison for this service. To learn more about opt-out options, please click here
