Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 20-009) to install a refrigerator in the Ojai Village Pharmacy to allow Type 20 License for off-site sales of beer and wine to customers for off-site consumption, located at 202 East Ojai Avenue, with an Assessor’s Parcel Number 021-0-140-330. The General Plan Land Use Designation of this site is Downtown Commercial (DC) and Zoning Classification of the site is General Commercial (C-1).

Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 20-010) to shield Tivoli/string lights in a single-family residence in multi-family zone, located at 609 Emily Street, with an Assessor’s Parcel Number 020-0-071-160. The General Plan Land Use Designation is Medium High Density Residential (MHR) and Zoning Classification of the site is Multi-Family Residential (R-2) District.
