The General Plan Land Use Designation for the site is Public/Quasi-Public (P) with a Zoning Classification of Public, Quasi-Public (P-L).
Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 20-003) and Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP 20-001) for Outdoor Dining including other ancillary items for Boku Superfood located at 987 West Ojai Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Number 024-0-010-090. The General Plan Designation is General Commercial (GC) and the Zoning Classification is Commercial (C-1).
