The City Manager’s Office is your one-stop shop for Film Permits in the City of Ojai. We have an experienced permitting staff who can assist you with your permitting questions and needs.
We require permit applications to be filed a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the beginning of filming.
Any filming activity within the City requires a filming permit, including activity on public or private property. Please use the City of Ojai Film Permit application to apply.
NOTE: The City of Ojai does not include the entire Ojai Valley, or the communities of Mira Monte, Oak View, Casitas Springs or Meiner’s Oaks. Please check the Ojai City limits map or call us to determine if your location is within the Ojai City limits.
